Sleepfy Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alejandro Gutierrez (Madrid, Spain), the maker of Sleepfy. By downloading or using Sleepfy, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language on purpose.

1. What Sleepfy is (and isn't)

Sleepfy tracks and analyzes your sleep using your device's sensors and, optionally, Apple Health. It gives you scores, trends, and suggestions to help you sleep better.

Sleepfy is not a medical device. Its estimates and suggestions are for general wellness only — they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or health concern, see a doctor. Don't make medical decisions based on the app.

2. Subscriptions (Sleepfy Premium)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or when the free trial ends).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• The 7-day free trial converts into a paid annual subscription on day 7 unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Your data

How Sleepfy handles your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. Summary: your sleep data stays on your device and your private iCloud; we don't sell data or show ads.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: copy, resell, or redistribute Sleepfy; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with it; use it to break the law; or interfere with its operation or other users' use of it.

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund (this does not affect any rights consumer law guarantees you), and we reserve all other remedies available to us under applicable law.

5. Ownership

Sleepfy — its code, design, name, and content — belongs to Alejandro Gutierrez. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices. Your sleep data is yours.

6. Warranty and liability

Sleepfy is provided "as is." We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that sleep estimates will be precise for everyone. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country (including Spain and the EU) guarantees you.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Sleepfy and cancel your subscription at any time. We may discontinue the app or these terms with reasonable notice; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, active subscriptions run out their paid period.

8. Apple's standard terms

Where these terms don't say otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of your own country's law.

10. Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and highlight meaningful changes in the app. Continuing to use Sleepfy after changes means you accept them.
